Healthy life choices for cancer patients, survivors workshop set for Aug. 6
The Sentara Careplex Hospital will hold a workshop on living healthy for cancer patients and survivors Aug. 6.
The workshop will cover nutrition and physical activity that can help cancer patients and survivors stay healthy. Caregivers and individuals who have survived cancer are encouraged to attend the workshop and learn about managing side effects, nutrition, making healthy life choices and receive practical tips.
The workshop will be in Conference Room A on the first floor of the hospital, located at 3000 Coliseum Drive, Hampton. The workshop will begin at 2 p.m.
