Zumba instructors to perform flash mob on National Dance Day
In recognition of National Dance Day, Zumba instructors from the Hampton Roads area will be performing a dance routine, flash mob style, at Buckroe Beach at 5 p.m. July 28.
The instructors have been teaching the routine to their respective classes and have invited their students to the beach to help participate in the flash mob experience. They will be dancing to a song called "Crazy Love."
The instructors will be dancing along side their students with the unified motto: "Ditch the workout. Join the party."
National Dance Day came from Nigel Lythgoe of the Fox TV show "So You Think You Can Dance."
