Sixth class to graduate June 29 from Hampton Police Academy

Commencement ceremonies for the sixth graduating class of the Hampton Police Academy will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, June 29.

Graduation will take place at the American Theatre, 125 E. Mellen St., Hampton.

Eleven graduates will be sworn in as police officers during the ceremony.

The graduates will have completed a 24-week training program at the academy, receiving instruction from certified instructors from the Hampton Police Division.
