Hampton's Animal Control officers seek dog that bit infant at Gosnold's Hope Park
Officers with Hampton's Animal Control Department are looking for a mixed-breed dog that bit a year-old child on Thursday at Gosnold's Hope Park.
The dog is about 2 feet tall, has short gray hair, had no owner with it and wasn't wearing a collar.
The year-old child suffered a minor injury. Authorities said the dog needs to quarantined and monitored for rabies and won't be harmed.
