The estate of John W. Hickey sold a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 705 Arlington Terrace in Hampton to Robin L. Kennedy for $134,900 on July 26.

The 1,497-square-foot house was built in 1959 in Greenwood Farms.

Hickey was a franchise owner of ServiceMaster, a business in the commercial and residential carpet cleaning, janitorial and disaster restoration industries. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.

He passed away in June 2010.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,762 home sales in Hampton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $137,642.
