Retail co. owner takes Hampton 3BD

John E. Musey bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 68 Henry St. in Hampton from Clear Choice One for $145,000 on Aug. 1.

The 1,600-square-foot house was built in 1949 in Victoria Blvd./Kecoughtan Road.

Musey is the owner of Home Safety Concepts, a retail company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,799 home sales in Hampton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $138,006.
