Rana D. Wiggins bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 24 Ravenscroft Lane in Hampton from Hhhunt Homes Hampton Roads LLC for $286,995 on Aug. 29.

The 2,656-square-foot house was built in 2012 in Pine Chapel Village.

Wiggins is an accounting specialist at QVC, a multinational corporation specializing in televised home shopping.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,799 sales in Hampton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $138,006.
