Daniel A. Rosinski bought a four-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 1500 Chesapeake Ave. in Merrimac Shores/Raleigh Terrace from Dorothy Rouse-Bottom for $1.35 million on April 30.

The 5,506-square-foot house was built in 1900 in Merrimac Shores/Raleigh Terrace.

Rosinski is the principal and president at Bowditch Ford Inc., a Ford dealership.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35 home sales in Merrimac Shores/Raleigh Terrace during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $138,313.
