Michael R. Dominice and Keren R. Dominice bought a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 829 Redheart Drive in Greenwood Farms from David Joel Cross and Elizabeth C. Cross for $182,000 on April 27.

David and Elizabeth Cross paid $192,500 for the property in Dec. 2008. The 992-square-foot house was built in 1958 in Greenwood Farms.

Michael Dominice is software engineer at Intelligent Software Solutions Inc., software applications designer. He served as development intern at Cormine Intelligent Data LLC and a technician intern at Dentechs LLC.

He has an M.S. in engineering science from Arizona State University and a B.S. in computer engineering from Old Dominion University.

Keren Dominice is the office manager at Waters Edge Church.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 133 home sales in Greenwood Farms during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $137,200.
