Martin R. Lautman has listed for sale a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 413 Newport News Ave. in Hampton for $244,900.

Lautman serves on the board of directors of StoneMor Partners LP, a Levittown, Pennsylvania-based provider of funeral and cemetery products and services in the death care industry. He also serves as a director of Cornerstone and as the managing director of GfK Arbor LLC. He previously served as president and director of Numex Corp. He has also served on the board of advisors of Bachow Inc.

He earned his bachelor's degree from Brooklyn College and both his master's degree and doctorate from Pennsylvania State University.
